Over the years fitness, personal training specifically, has become a gated community of influencers and "gurus" trying to find a way to milk every last dollar out of consumers by turning fitness into a completely premium industry. I can't stand that! While there are levels of training that rightfully are priced at a premium, general programs and even entry level personal training, especially entry level online personal training, should be something that is widely available at a cost that nearly anyone can afford. Fitness is not only for the wealthy, the elite, or those with natural genetic gifts! Fitness is for everyone and at Infinitus Fitness that is what we stand for.

IS THIS ONLY MONTHLY PERSONAL TRAINING OR DO YOU SELL INDIVIDUAL TRAINING ROUTINES?
We provide individualized monthly personal training plans and individual training routines for a single price that guide you through the process of a achieving your specific goal.
HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?
My background and my focus are what set me apart. I’m not just a personal trainer, I also have/currently worked in the legal field and the public education system. I do not want to, or need to, sell the “quick fix” plans that don’t work for more than a week. I am also an amateur bodybuilder myself, so my training principles are not only based on researched backed theory, they are also based on real world experience. I have made nearly every mistake under the sun in my training journey and I can ensure that you save time, money and pain by ensuring you avoid these mistakes.
DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?
Since it is impossible to make any measurable progress without understanding the food you are fueling your body with, all of my personal training services come with some level of nutritional advice and guidance. The amount of guidance ranges from general eating guidelines to one on one diet discussions and eating plans. I also over individual diet plans based on your goals that are independent of any training plans or programs.
DO YOUR TRAINING CLIENTSÂ NEEDÂ TO BE A MEMBER OF A COMMERCIAL GYM OR HAVE A FULL HOME GYM TO GET THE MOST OUT OF TRAINING?
The short answer is no. I am able to work with nearly any fitness situation a person finds themselves in. If you have absolutely no equipment then there will be limitations on what you can expect out of purely bodyweight training. For example you will not be stepping on the Mr. Olympia stage from only doing bodyweight movements. However, for nearly every fitness goal I can make nearly any set up work.
